This is the easiest way to get nutritious berry yogurt without any artificial flavourings, added sugar or sweeteners. Mix in 1-2 teaspoons of chosen berry powder, sprinkle more on top, add your favourite other toppings and enjoy the refreshing taste and nutrients of wild berries!
Ingredients
Natural yogurt of choice (plant based if you wish) | |
1-2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Mixed Berry powder (you can either stir it in or sprinkle on top) |
Directions
- Add one to two teaspoon of pure berry powder to your natural yogurt. Give it a good stir and leave it set for a few minutes.
- Add toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds or nut butter.
