
Blackcurrant and peanut butter overnight oats

Berry powders work magic in overnight oats, as the oats soften and the berry powder melts in and creates a tasty flavour. You can serve this with more peanut butter, extra berry powder on top and chopped dark chocolate.
Ingredients
100ml | Plant based yogurt |
100ml | Plant based milk |
25g | Rolled oats |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder |
1/2 tsp | Ground cardamom |
1/2 | Mashed banana |
1 tbsp | Sweetener of choice |
Pinch of salt | |
2 tbsp | Peanut butter |
Dark chocolate as a topping |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Swirl in the peanut butter too.
- Let set overnight or at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Serve with more peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate.
