We love this dark coloured smoothie bowl with lots of toppings: Extra coconut yogurt, more blackcurrant powder, granola, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, sliced bananas.
Ingredients
1 | Frozen banana |
1/2 | Ripe avocado |
1-2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder |
1 tbsp | Cacao powder |
2 tbsp | Coconut yogurt |
60-100ml | Plant based milk |
Extra coconut yogurt, blackcurrant powder, granola, cacao nibs, dark chocolate as toppings |
Directions
- Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add more milk for a runnier smoothie.
- Serve in a bowl topped with your desired toppings.
