Chia pudding is a nice healthy snack which can be made with any berry powder. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

6 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Coconut or greek yogurt
1 cup Rice milk
1-2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Cranberry powder
Dash of vanilla powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, rice milk, honey and vanilla and mix everything together.
  2. Stir through the berry powder and coconut.
  3. Adjust any sweetness to taste and set aside in the fridge for an hour or overnight to thicken.
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings, like another sprinkle of berry powder for extra nutrients, and enjoy!
