
Cranberry and coconut chia pudding

Chia pudding is a nice healthy snack which can be made with any berry powder. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Ingredients
6 tbsp | Chia seeds |
2 tbsp | Coconut or greek yogurt |
1 cup | Rice milk |
1-2 tbsp | Honey |
1 tbsp | Desiccated coconut |
2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Cranberry powder |
Dash of vanilla powder |
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, rice milk, honey and vanilla and mix everything together.
- Stir through the berry powder and coconut.
- Adjust any sweetness to taste and set aside in the fridge for an hour or overnight to thicken.
- Serve with your favourite toppings, like another sprinkle of berry powder for extra nutrients, and enjoy!
