This creamy, nutrient-rich smoothie combines the deep flavour of wild blueberries with protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied and energised. Made with our blueberry powder, it delivers a concentrated burst of antioxidants alongside natural sweetness from ripe bananas.
Ingredients
| 500ml | milk of choice |
| 200g | plain natural or Greek yogurt or non dairy alternative |
| 2 tbsp | collagen powder or any plain unsweetened protein powder; optional |
| 2 tbsp | peanut butter or almond butter |
| 1 tbsp | Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder |
| 2 | large, ripe, bananas, fresh or frozen |
| Fresh mint, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes for topping, optional |
Directions
- Blend together the milk, yogurt, collagen or protein powder, peanut butter, blueberry powder and bananas in a high speed blender.
- Pour into glasses. Serve as is or top with fresh blueberries, mint, and coconut flakes if desired.
