This fresh and creamy smoothie bowl combines the flavours of Sea buckthorn, mango and lemon. You can garnish it with more fruit slices, nuts, cocoa nibs and berry powder.
Ingredients
1 | Frozen banana |
50g | Frozen mango cubes |
1 | Half an orange |
100ml | Thick plant based yogurt |
1 tbsp | Maple syrup or sweetener of choice |
2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Sea buckthorn powder |
Squeeze of lemon |
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy with toppings of choice such as more berry powder sprinkled on top, sliced mango, nuts or cocoa nibs.
