
Strawberry and creamy coconut overnight oats

These overnight oats are vegan and can be made gluten free. If you like you can layer some Strawberry powder and extra coconut yogurt in between the mixture to create colourful layers. Top up with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Ingredients
100ml | Coconut yogurt (or any other plant based yogurt) |
100ml | Coconut milk |
25g | Rolled oats |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Strawberry powder |
1/2 | Mashed banana |
1 tbsp | Sweetener of choice |
Pinch of salt |
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients. Let set overnight or at least 1 hour in the fridge. If you like, you can layer some Strawberry powder and extra yogurt in between the mixture to create colourful layers.
