More the merrier! We’ve always enjoyed having too many toppings rather than too little. Nut butters, granola, sliced fruit, nuts and seeds, and a proper sprinkle of berry powder on top. A great start for a day!
Ingredients
150g | Coconut yogurt |
1-2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Strawberry Powder |
2 tbsp | Granola |
1 tbsp | Almonds |
1 tbsp | Pumpkin seeds |
1 tsp | Chia seeds |
1 tbsp | Almond butter |
Sliced fruit as toppings |
Directions
- Stir the strawberry powder into the coconut yogurt, leaving swirls or combine fully for an even pink colour.
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl, top with the granola, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almond butter and any extra toppings.
