Wild blueberry and cashew porridge

This warming porridge gets its nutty cashew flavour from the cashew butter and nut milk. We like to top it up with extra berry powder, some granola (for a crunchy texture), chocolate pieces and sliced fruit.
Ingredients
| 1 cup | Oats |
| 1 cup | Water |
| 2 cups | Almond milk |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
| 1 tbsp | Smooth cashew butter |
| 1-2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder |
| 1 tsp | Maple syrup |
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine the oats, water and half of the milk and heat over a low-medium heat. Once the oats have started to thicken, continue to stir and add the rest of the milk.
- Stir through the cashew butter and vanilla and allow to finish cooking over a low heat.
- Stir in the maple syrup and Arctic Power Berries powder until well combined.
- Serve the porridge with your favourite toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder to boost it even more nutrients and antioxidants.
