You can enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl. Any berry powder works for this, and you can make different coloured & flavoured layers too: Try Lingonberry for pink and Wild Blueberry for purple.
Ingredients
100ml | Thick plantbased milk such as oat milk or coconut milk |
1/2 tbsp | Sweetener of choice such as maple syrup |
2 tbsp | Chia seeds |
2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries berry powder (any flavour will work!) You can make different coloured & flavoured layers too: try Lingonberry for pink and Wild Blueberry for purple. |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla bean powder |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let thicken for about 10-30 minutes.
