Berry powder is a simple way to get nutritious berry yogurt without any artificial flavourings, added sugar or sweeteners. Mix in 1-2 teaspoons of chosen berry powder, sprinkle more on top and enjoy the refreshing taste of wild berries
Ingredients
Natural yogurt (plant based if you wish - try for instance coconut, soy or oat) | |
1-2 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder |
Directions
- Add one to two teaspoon of pure berry powder to you natural yogurt. Give it a good stir and leave it set for a few minutes.
- Ass toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, nuts, seeds, sliced banana or nut butter.
