Wild blueberry is delicious to add to any unsweetened, natural yogurt. You can sweeten the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you wish.
Ingredients
2 tsp | Plain unsweetened greek or natural yogurt |
2-3 tsp | Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder |
2 tsp | Maple syrup (optional) |
2 tsp | Milled flaxseed or chia (optional) |
handful | Blueberries, kiwi, granola, pumpkin seeds for toppings |
Directions
- Whisk together the Blueberry powder and flax or chia with the yogurt in a large bowl using a small whisk. You can also use a hand blender if you want to incorporate it even more quickly.
- Add maple syrup if you like your yogurt a little sweeter.
- Divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with granola, chopped kiwi, some blueberries and extra pumpkin seeds.
