By signing up as an affiliate for Arctic Power Berries, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read this agreement before participating in our affiliate program. It should be all pretty straight forward, and we have tried to keep it as short as possible :)

1. Affiliate Eligibility

  • You need to be at least 18 years old to join the Arctic Power Berries Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliates must operate a website, blog, social media account, or other platform relevant to our brand.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates are not permitted to do the following:

  • Attempt to look like the official brand

  • Use a domain name similar to arcticpowerberries.com

  • Change the appearance of any logos or brand names

3. Social Media Advertising

Affiliates are not permitted to post on any Arctic Power Berries social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram with the aim of driving referral traffic to their website.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Please promote Arctic Power Berries in an ethical and lawful manner.

  • Affiliates may not engage in false advertising, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices.

  • Affiliates must not bid on Arctic Power Berries brand keywords in paid advertising campaigns.

  • No spam, unsolicited emails, or inappropriate promotional methods.

  • Affiliates must ensure that their promotions comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations.

5. Commissions & Payouts

  • Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link. Commission will be earned from all orders, there is not maximum or minimum order value limit.

  • The commission rate will be 5% of the net sale value, excluding taxes and shipping fees. The same 5% rate applies for recurring orders from the same customer.

  • Commissions are only paid on legitimate sales; refunds or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.

  • Commission will not be earned for orders that are placed with the affiliates own email address.

  • Payouts are processed [monthly/quarterly] and are subject to a minimum earnings threshold of £10.

  • Payments will be made to the chosen payment method, which can be via PayPal, gift card or online store credit.

4. Affiliate Tracking

  • Arctic Power Berries uses cookies to track referrals, with a standard tracking period of 14 days. If a customer makes a purchase after the tracking period expires, no commission will be awarded.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use approved Arctic Power Berries branding, logos, and images only for promotional purposes.

  • Affiliates may not modify, misrepresent, or create derivative works of Arctic Power Berries content.

6. Termination & Suspension

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

  • Arctic Power Berries reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate violating these terms.

  • Upon termination, affiliates must cease using Arctic Power Berries branding and remove all affiliate links.

  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if an affiliate account is terminated due to a policy violation.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Arctic Power Berries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this program.

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Arctic Power Berries harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the program.

8. Modifications & governing law

  • Arctic Power Berries reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.

  • Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or an update on our website.

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By joining the Arctic Power Berries Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
