The mixed berry powder which is a blend of three nutritious berries gives a yummy burst of flavour to this recipe! You really give your day a proper start with this!

Ingredients

  • 100g jumbo oats
  • 2 tsp Arctic Berries Mixed Berry powder
  • 120g coconut yoghurt, non dairy if necessary (I used the Coconut Collaborative unsweetened coconut yoghurt.)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup, optional (I find the unsweetened coconut yoghurt along with the berry powder sweetens the oats enough.)
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • Peanut butter, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts and some
  • fresh blackberries to serve

Directions

  1. Mix together the berry powder and yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats, maple syrup and milk to a large jug or bowl.
  3. Stir through most of the yoghurt mixture, reserving 2 -3 tbsp for serving on top.
  4. Leave the oats in the fridge overnight.
  5. Serve oats in bowls, or glasses, topped with reserved mixed berry powder infused yoghurt, peanut butter, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts and some optional fresh blackberries.
