Wild Blueberry and juicy apple are a delicious mix, to add to any unsweetened, natural yogurt. The apple powder will add a nice natural sweetness, so make sure to taste the mix before adding any maple syrup or other sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 500g plain unsweetened greek or natural yogurt
  • 2 - 3 tsp Arctic Power Berries Breakfast Boost Wild Nordic Blueberry and Apple Powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 heaped tsp milled flaxseed or chia (optional)
  • Blueberries, Kiwi, Granola, Pumpkin Seeds, for topping

Directions

Whisk together the Wild Nordic Blueberry and Apple powder and flax or chia with the yogurt in a large bowl using a small whisk. You can also use a hand blender if you want to incorporate it even more quickly.

Add maple syrup if you like your yogurt a little sweeter. The Wild Blueberry and Apple powder will add a nice natural sweetness, so make sure to taste the mix before adding the maple syrup.

Divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with granola, chopped kiwi, some blueberries and extra pumpkin seeds.
