This is the easiest way to have nutritious berry yogurt without any artificial flavourings, added sugar or sweeteners. Remember that one teaspoon of berry powder is equivalent to a handful of fresh berries!

Ingredients

  • Natural yogurt (plant-based if you wish)
  • 1–2 teaspoons of chosen berry powder

Directions

  1. Add one to two teaspoon of pure berry powder to your natural yogurt. Give it a good stir and leave it set for a few minutes.
  2. Add toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, nuts, seeds or nut butter.
