Ingredients
- Natural yogurt (plant-based if you wish)
- 1-2 teaspoons of berry powder (you can either stir it in or sprinkle on top)
Directions
- Add one to two teaspoon of pure berry powder to your natural yogurt. Give it a good stir and leave it set for a few minutes.
- Add toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, nuts, seeds or nut butter.
