This simple chia pudding can be enjoyed with toppings of choice (such as sliced banana, almond flakes, peanut butter) or you can add it to smoothies, on top of porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl. It’s tasty either way!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml thick plant-based milk such as oat milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice such as maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 heaped tsps of Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let thicken for about 30 minutes.
  2. Enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl.
