Strawberry and creamy coconut overnight oats

Ingredients
- 100 ml coconut yogurt (or any other plant-based yogurt)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 25 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Strawberry powder
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients. Let set overnight or at least 1 hour in the fridge. If you like, you can layer some Strawberry powder and extra yogurt in between the mixture to create colourful layers.
