This creamy chia pudding is a great healthy snack or breakfast. We like to top it up with another sprinkle of berry powders, pomegranate seeds, almond flakes or sliced fruit. Delicious!

None, but needs to set in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 coconut milk
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup and Blackcurrant powder until well combined and the mixture starts to thicken.
  2. Pour in two jars and put them in the fridge to set.
  3. Add all of your favourite toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, pomegranate seeds or sliced fruit. Enjoy!
