Chia pudding is a nice healthy snack which can be made with any berry powder. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

None, but needs to set in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut or greek yogurt
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • Handful of organic raspberries
  • Heaped tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 Heaped tsp Arctic Power Berries Cranberry powder
  • Dash of vanilla powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, rice milk, honey and vanilla and mix everything together.
  2. Mash in the raspberries, then stir through the berry powder and coconut.
  3. Adjust any sweetness to taste and set aside in the fridge for an hour or overnightto thicken.
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings, like another sprinkle of berry powder for extra nutrients, and enjoy!
