Berry overnight oats
Overnight oats can be made from either a single or multiple berry powder flavours. If you want to make layered jars, prepare a couple of batches and add a different flavour of your Arctic Power Berries powder into each one, then layer these together in a jar to serve. The jar in the picture has been made with Blueberry & Blackcurrant powders.
Blueberry pie smoothie bowl
This delicious smoothie bowl will remind you of a home made blueberry pie. You can adjust the taste of it by adding cinnamon & cardamom to your desired taste. Different toppings will create different textures too, try granola for example for a crunchy texture!
No Bake Chocolate Strawberry Sandwich Cookies
These delicious cookies are very quick to make. Remember that you can drizzle or dunk the cookies in chocolate prior to or once assembled if you want an extra chocolate hit!
No bake wild blueberry tarts
This is where berry powders really come into their own! Blending in fresh fruit to a no bake filling causes all kinds of difficulties in terms of trying to get it to set! The blueberry powder works so well, infusing the filling with blueberry flavour as well as bestowing its vibrant purple colour without disrupting the creamy consistency.

Wild blueberry and cashew porridge
This warming porridge gets its nutty cashew flavour from the cashew butter and nut milk. We like to top it up with extra berry powder, some granola (for a crunchy texture), chocolate pieces and sliced fruit.
Cranberry smoothie bowl
The secret of this creamy and spongy smoothie bowl is the combination of avocado and plant based yogurt, which make up the texture. We like to top this one up with just some extra Cranberry powder and sliced figs.
Strawberry Spelt Flour Waffles
The strawberry powder doesn’t create a pink or red waffle, but it does infuse a beautiful strawberry flavour and beautiful natural sweetness. The sugar is completely optional. Usually I would add sugar to ensure that my waffles get super crispy, but the natural sugars in the strawberry powder did an amazing job just on it’s own!
